I am pleased and very excited to announce the second Family and Education and Support Program, (FESP). This 9 session, 20 hour program is a combination of teaching skills, providing education and support to help family members manage more effectively with mental illness or substance abuse in their family. . (see attached flyer)
The dates for this program are: August 25, 9:00-1:00. Followed by the following dates: September 4, September 18, October 2, October 16, October 30, November 13, November 27, December 11th. 6-8 pm. (these dates can possibly be negotiable depending on the group decision and therapist availability)
Attendance at the first group is required and attendance at all others is strongly recommended but payment is for the entire program.
Since spaces are limited, (10) seats will be reserved, first come, first serve upon receipt of a 50.00 deposit. (no exceptions) Please email or call for more information and the check can be mailed to the PO box listed on the website.
The first FESP group series was a resounding success with participants reporting it being very helpful and they didn’t want it to end, so we have also instituted a monthly FESP graduate group.
