TBC for CBT offers DBT groups for learning and practicing coping skills. Since there are some differences between the groups, please click on the links below to get more information about each group.   DBT and Family Groups are 115 minutes long, are held weekly,  each “module” is 6 weeks and there are 4 modules, therefore the curriculum takes 6 months to complete.  Full, Comprehensive DBT requires the client be in Individual therapy concurrently with a DBT trained individual therapist.  Most of our clients have TBC for CBT therapists.  Upon assessment and consultation with outside therapists, we will offer “Group Only” to clients who are working with another therapist.  Click on the links to find out more information.  

DBT Adult Skills Group rate for clients who are in group and individual with us at TBC for CBT is $65.00.

DBT Adult Skills Group rate for those who are doing “Group Only” is $70.00. 

DBT Teen Multifamily Group rate for those who are in individual and group with us at TBC for CBT is $75.00 for the teen and one parent. 

DBT Teen Multifamily Group rate for those who are doing “Group Only” is  $80.00 for the teen and a parent. 

Family Education and Support Program (FESP) Rates are as follows:

  • For One Person who has a family member in treatment with TBC for CBT: $65:00
  • For Two people who have a family member in treatment with TBC for CBT: $55.00 per person.
  • For One person doing “Group Only” (defined as having no other family members in treatment with TBC for CBT): $70.00
  • For two people doing “Group Only” (defined as having no other family members in treatment with TBC for CBT)$60.00 per person.

Graduate Group for Adults rate is $50.00 for the 90 minute group held every other week. 

In addition, a new payment policy begins January 1, 2022 that if you pay for the 6-week module BEFORE or ON the first day of that module, you can save $5.00  per session off these rates.
