Due to the holiday weekend and to accommodate participants who couldn’t start this weekend, I have postponed the start date to Saturday, September 13th, 9-1 at 511 Wilbur Street, Brandon, FL.
We will then run 8 groups every other Tuesday from 6-8 pm beginning September 16th and will run through the holidays, helping you get through this often stressful time, ending on December 23rd. The dates and times for the Tuesday groups will be adjusted if necessary based on the group’s need and consensus to either a little earlier, later or perhaps doing one or two in a row instead of every other week.
