Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, Florida, License No. ISW 20543

Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing and growth through Cognitive Behavior Therapy. It takes courage to reach out and ask for help, so I hope you stick with it until you find the right therapist. Read on to learn about me and decide whether I might be able to help you as you define and pursue your goals.

The heart of my practice is authentic and unconditional positive regard, evidence based interventions, curiosity, and play. My aim is to hear you clearly and without judgment in the hopes that you hear yourself with the same acceptance and clarity.

I am currently working towards independent licensure, and training in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy at TBC for CBT under the supervision of Nancy Gordon. I earned a Masters of Social Work from USF in 2024, after shifting from a career in math and science education. Along the way, I have researched PTSD in US Veterans at USF Health, worked as an inpatient Social Worker at Moffitt Cancer Center, worked as a Social Work Trainee at Bay Pines VAMC, Interned at Lifepath Hospice, worked as a Case Management Advocate at CASA DV Shelter, and worked as non-clinical staff in two adventure therapy programs.

Please reach out if you have any questions. I hope that you heal, grow, and flourish.
